I run classes throughout the week. Monday through to Thursday at 9am and 6pm. I open up my Saturday class to anyone who may be interested in trying out my classes or to add this workout to your weekly routine.

About the event
I open up my Saturday class to anyone who may be interested in trying out my classes or to add this workout to your weekly routine.
We begin with a warm up and also flow through some mobility exercises, once we have done that, we move onto the workout; exercise by exercise. This allows me to demo the exercise well and also provide alternatives if people need them, this is can make the exercise easier or harder; or you dont have the equipment.
After the workout with finish with a cool down, ab/core work and then a quick check up to see how everyone got on.
Be apart of the friendly group who join in to workout, socialise and build structure in their week.
