XLR8 BLOCK - Clean and Jerk+Front Squat
The next 8 weeks will be programmed to focus on Clean and Jerk (Mon and Tues) and Front Squats (Wed and Thurs); as well as sweaty Saturdays. A combination of tempos, rep schemes and periodization will help improve strength and technique.
