In line with government guidelines and all UK gyms having to close tonight, I am not able to continue with Personal Training at Snap Fitness until we are given the go ahead to re open. I can offer one to one personal training from my home if you would still like to train together. It will be just me and you, the equipment will be thoroughly cleaned between clients and loads of fresh air. I can also offer one to one sessions at your home, where I can bring my own kit to provide a session. If you are showing any symptoms then one to one won't be available but my other options are online personal training, weekly free workout videos (with and without equipment) and outdoor group sessions. This is a new experience for all of us but I want to assure you that I am here for you as a trainer and a friend. If you are struggling with anything fitness and mental health related please reach out and I will do my best to help you. This is a perfect time to get creative in the kitchen. Meal prepping and learning new skills will ultimately help you in your fitness/health journey. Keep an eye on my socials for some really useful health tips and positivity to keep you going.
