Christmas Update

Happy Thursday EVERYONE, Thought I would go through a bit of an update to everyone who follows my progress and emails. So I'm now currently working at Snap Fitness Radstock as a Personal Trainer and I'm really enjoying it down there. My clients have access to great equipment, large selection of classes and the personal training sessions have lots of variety. My classes are still going strong, my XLR8 classes were great fun to coach in Chilcompton and I'm lucky I can still run the same style of coaching at Snap. I run classes Monday and Wednesday morning 9.15am, Tuesday evening 6.15pm and 7pm; and the more popular Saturday 8am. Attendance to classes are great and what's more rewarding is to see is the retention in members attending, seeing everyone progress in fitness and strength is great to see. With the new variety of equipment at the gym I am able to deliver more dynamic gym sessions for my clients. My main focus in my sessions are body strength, fitness and mobility; I also have a different level of fitness levels as clients. I have worked with clients recovering from a hip operation, a handful of people training for a long distance run and also lifestyle transformation clients (covering health, fitness and mindset) As Christmas approaches training for everyone is still going strong but with the focus to enjoy the holidays, and leading by example I have decided to have some time off (ish) over Christmas. XMAS TIMETABLE My last client and class will be Saturday 21st (also becs birthday) and then I am clocking out. I might be running my XLR8 morning class on Monday 23rd and 30th BUT make sure to follow my socials to see if its going ahead. My first working day of 2020 with be Friday 3rd January. Hope this makes sence and let's see how long i can keep to my plan.
