This will be my third open and I have my placements for every year, so I can see if I am improving. I flew up the board from my first year to my second and I didn't feel like I done well. My plan is to do a couple more sessions and workouts to get my self into the right mind frame; to be able to know I am putting my all into every workout.
I wish I had my muscles ups a little more stronger but I just don't ever find myself fit enough to do them, my lat plays up, or my shoulder or another excuse. I still have a couple more days to practice what I have got and make sure I compete to the best of my ability.
